Data Converter
The DC1709 and DC2170 are bi-directional RS232C-RS422 signal converters. These units allow RS232C equipped devices, such as an IBM PC, to interface with Anaheim Automation's
Programmable Indexers
. The RS422 interface provides excellent noise immunity over long cable distances. These converters operate off a small wall mount power supply that provides 9 volts DC at 150 milliAmps. This power supply is included with each converter.
