Our LS500 Series Linear Stages are high quality positioning
tables suitable for most applications where a low cost solution
stage can help yield a great cost/performance ratio. These stages
offer a variety of options to choose from. Some features provided
are Open Loop Systems and Closed Loop Systems which provide step
motors with assembled encoders, stages with homing and end limit
switches, and a variety of lead-screw options. These stages provide
ample thrust output for a low profile stage that can provide
precision and reliability at a cost effective price.
These stages are suitable for pick and place operations,
circular and linear interpolation, low profile environments,
multiple axis stages, point-to-point motion, inspection equipment,
test instruments, small and light part positioning, light duty
assembly and indexing, and other applications where you might need
precise movement.
All lead screws are 400 series, stainless steel, precision
rolled, with burnished finish. These screws are accurate up to
0.003"/Ft. Grease is recommended for these screws.
