The LS100 Series Linear Stages are designed to provide accurate precision while minimizing physical size and cost. These tables use a low friction, preloaded stainless steel acme lead screw, twin railed linear system. Three different acme screws can be installed in the LS100 tables, providing solutions for typical industrial applications. Ideal for light applications, the LS100 is perfect for applications less than 20 pounds, accuracy within 0.003"/ft, and speed ranges up to 10 inches per second. The LS100 Series Table is an economical package designed and built in the USA! The table can be setup to be open loop or closed loop (Assembled with encoders), homing and end limit switch options, variety of lead screw pitches, stepper motors, and 6, 12, and 18 inch travel is available. The LS500 Series is a Linear Stage that is a comprised of heavy duty linear guides with hardened rails and precision bearing blocks, stainless steal precision rolled screw, and a zero-backlash nut. This series is ideal for medium to heavy-duty applications under 225 pounds, with accuracy requirements within 0.003" per foot, and speed ranges up to 12 inches per second. American Made - designed and built in the USA! The LS500 series is available with Open-Loop or Closed-Loop (assembled with encoders), Homing and End Limit switch options, as well as a variety of lead screw, stepper motor, and encoder choices, with travel length up to 18 inches.
