ACP-M-4IK25N-xU gearmotors provide users with a simple and cost-effective solution for constant speed applications. Our ACP-M-4IK25N-AU and ACP-M-4IK25N-CU gearmotors operate at 110/220VAC, so there is no need for a transformer; just hook up and go! Our ACP-M-4IK25N-SU three-phase AC Induction Gearmotors operate at a higher efficiency than our single-phase AC Induction Gearmotors, offer a higher starting torque, and do not require a starting capacitor. If your application requires speed control, the ACP-M-4RK25N-xUV and ACP-M-4IK25N-xUV are both excellent options and are available in 110/220VAC. The ACP-M-4RK25N-xUV variable speed motors contain an internal friction brake that allow the motor to reverse directions quicker than the standard ACP-M-4IK25N-xUV variable speed motors. This internal friction brake limits the ACP-M-4RK25N-xUV to a 30 minute duty cycle because of potential overheating issues. The Standard ACP-M-4IK25N-xUV variable speed motors do not share this same duty cycle restriction. Both of these variable speed gearmotors require an ACP-US-4I25A-xL AC Speed Controller to operate.
