The 11AW Linear Stepper Motors are designed to be the most versatile linear positioning motors on the market. Based on the NEMA 11 Hybrid Stepper Motor, it has a 1.8° single step. In this hybrid Non-Captive model, when the motor is fixed and the lead screw is restricted from rotating, the lead screw will travel; by contrast, when the lead screw is fixed and the motor is restricted from rotating, the motor will travel. Integration of a lead screw with a motor saves space, eliminates components, and reduces cost. While many standard configurations are available, custom modifications for OEM customers are welcome.
