Product Information

The DPN10002 contains two MBC10641 High-Performance Microstepping Drivers that have an output current capability of 1.5 Amps minimum to 10.0 Amps maximum (Peak Rating) and an intergrated 300W power supply. The inputs are optically isolated with a minimum sourcing of 7.0 mA per input (+5VDC minimum to +24VDC maximum). The clock input is set to receive either positive or negative edge clocks with a maximum frequency of 400KHz. The DPN10002 drivers offer direction control and motor current ON/OFF capabilities. The Reduce Current Enabled automatically reduces motor current to 50% of set value after the last step is made. The drivers have built-in features to indicate power on (Green LED), Clocks being received (Yellow LED) and fault conditions (Red LED). For a higher capacity power supply, see the DPG Series.
For quick and easy hook-ups, see Accessories, shielded cable and other motor options. For compatible high-torque stepper motors, consider our popular 23Y, 34Y and 42Y series. For Standard torque (round- bodied motors), see 23W series.
