Distinguished by industry-leading torque ratings, these gearboxes integrate four planet gears in the output stage to optimize load capacity. The output shaft is bolstered by generously sized, sealed, deep groove ball bearings, enhancing overall load capabilities. The housing features precision-machined ring gears that are case-hardened and honed for exceptional durability. The planet gears are supported in needle roller bearings, ensuring high load capacity and precise operation.
Achieve exceptional precision with minimal backlash, as low as 8 arc-min maximum. Choose from a comprehensive range of ratios, spanning from 3:1 to 64:1, with torque ratings reaching up to 2,301 in-lbs (36,816 oz-in), providing a broad selection of options to cater to diverse application requirements. These gearboxes are compatible with motors of NEMA 23, NEMA 34, and NEMA 42 frame sizes. The adaptable input flange seamlessly accommodates various motor types, including Servo, Stepper, BLDC, AC, or Brush DC motors.
