Hybrid Non-Captive Linear Actuators
Anaheim Automations Series of Non-Captive Linear Actuators, are availabe in stepper motor frame sizes NEMA 11, 17, 23 and 34 respectively. They are self-contained stepper motor based packages, with long shielded ball bearings and various nut options. The 11 AV, 17AV, 23AV, 23A and 34A series are offered in several motor windings, as well as several different lead screw pitches. With all the series, when the stepper motor is fixed, the lead screw will travel, or by contrast, when the lead screw is fixed, the stepper motor will travel. The 11 AV, 17AV and 23AV come with the option of selecting the length and pitch of the lead screw, while the standard 23A and 34A series comes with a 6 and12-inch lead screw respectively. The 11AV Series are NEMA 11, Hybrid, Non-Captive Linear Actuators. They are high quality, self-contained packages made with long-life shielded ball bearings. When the motor is fixed, the lead screw will travel, or by contrast, when the lead screw is fixed, the motor will travel. The 11AV Series offers 3.2 V with a series inductance of 30 mH, capable of 16 - 32 pounds of force. The standard 11AV series comes with the option of a 6 or 12 inch lead screw, offered in two different lead screw pitches. Lead screws (thru-screw or fixed) are available with custom journal end machining to customer drawing requirements.
The 17AV Series are NEMA 17, Hybrid, Non-Captive Linear Actuators. They are high quality, self-contained packages made with long-life shielded ball bearings and an optional exterior anti-backlash nut. When the motor is fixed, the lead screw will travel, or by contrast, when the lead screw is fixed, the motor will travel. The 17AV Series is offered in several voltages and inductance ratings, capable of 28 - 82 pounds of force. The standard 17AV series comes with the option of a 6 or 12 inch lead screw, offered in three different lead screw pitches. Lead screws (thru-screw or fixed) are available with custom journal end machining to customer drawing requirements.

The 23AV series comes with the option of a 6 or 12 inch lead screw, offered in four different lead screw pitches. They are available in thru-screw and fixed screw versions with a variety of drive nut and support bushing options.

The 23A Series are offered in several voltages and inductance ratings, capable of 40 - 100 pounds of force. The standard 23A series comes with a 6-inch lead screw, offered in three different lead screw pitches, as standard. Other lead screw lengths are available. The 23A series has six flying leads, 12 inches long.

The 34A Series are offered in several voltages and inductance ratings, capable of 62 - 198 pounds of force. The standard 34A series comes with a 12-inch lead screw, offered in three different lead screw pitches, as standard. Other lead screw lengths are available. The 34A series has six flying leads, 12 inches long.
